Mehmet Anıl OĞUZ earned both his Master of Science and Ph.D. in zoology/animal biology from the Ege University. He is a biologist focusing on ecology, ecology and evolution, amphibians conservation, herpetology, vipers of Anatolia and thermophysiology of amphibians and reptiles as well. He has recorded several new localities and described several endemic subspecies of salamanders during his academic research. As a new field, he also learns computational biology with some programming languages and he is really interested in the regeneration capabilities of salamanders. He currently works at the Maltepe University, Engineering and Natural Sciences Faculty, Basic Sciences department.”
